    Riverbend Environmental Education Center's mission is to teach environmental principles to children in Southeastern Pennsylvania through a direct connection to nature, inspiring respect for our natural world and action as aware, responsible and caring citizens. Riverbend does this through a wide variety of education programs both on our 30 acre preserve and in classrooms throughout the region. A large portion of our programming with schools includes serving school is low-income area.
